Throughout these Terms, “House Of Rebel,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above. “You” and “your” refer to anyone visiting the Website or purchasing products through it.

By accessing the Website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Polish law, European Union law or other applicable consumer-protection legislation.

1. About House Of Rebel

House Of Rebel is an independent travel, motorcycle, photography and lifestyle brand documenting journeys and experiences around the world.

The Website may contain:

  • travel stories, articles and personal observations;

  • photographs and audiovisual material;

  • motorcycle and travel-related content;

  • links to videos and social-media platforms;

  • House Of Rebel branded apparel and merchandise; and

  • other products, services or content introduced in the future.

The editorial and travel content reflects personal experiences and opinions. It is provided for general information and entertainment and should not be treated as professional travel, safety, mechanical, medical, legal or financial advice.

2. Eligibility and legal capacity

You may place an order only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Where you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the online store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Products and print-on-demand fulfilment

All House Of Rebel merchandise is produced on demand after an order is placed.

We use a third-party production and fulfilment provider to manufacture, print, package and ship products directly to customers. Products may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment facilities depending on product availability, delivery destination, production capacity and other operational factors.

Although a third-party provider may manufacture or ship an item, your purchase contract is with House Of Rebel. All customer-service requests, complaints, withdrawal notices and refund requests must therefore be sent directly to us using the contact details provided in these Terms.

Our production and fulfilment arrangements may change from time to time, provided that any such changes do not materially affect your statutory rights or the essential characteristics of a product you have already ordered.

4. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. However:

  • colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device and display settings;

  • product positioning, print placement and colour intensity may vary slightly between individual items;

  • dimensions and measurements may be approximate;

  • garments of the same stated size may vary slightly between models or manufacturers; and

  • photographs may include props or styling items that are not included with the product.

Minor variations inherent in printing, manufacturing or screen reproduction do not necessarily constitute a defect. This does not affect your rights where a product materially differs from its description, is defective or does not conform to the contract.

You should review the relevant size guide before ordering clothing. Selecting the wrong size does not remove any statutory withdrawal right that applies to your purchase.

5. Prices, taxes and additional charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Unless stated otherwise, prices shown to consumers include applicable value-added tax where required. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you submit your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by us and may not be included in the price paid through the Website.

You are responsible for checking any import requirements that apply in your destination country.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6. Orders and formation of the contract

Products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to place an order and do not, by themselves, constitute a legally binding offer.

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Before submitting it, you will have an opportunity to review the order, correct errors and see the total amount payable.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, the sales contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;

  • the order appears fraudulent or unlawful;

  • an obvious price, description or technical error has occurred;

  • the order violates these Terms; or

  • fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the methods displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details. Your use of a payment provider may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and authorise the relevant payment provider to charge the total amount displayed during checkout.

An order may be suspended or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed or identified as potentially fraudulent.

8. Order changes and cancellation before production

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Contact us immediately at support@houseofrebelofficial.com if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we may be unable to stop an order once production has begun.

This section concerns operational cancellation before fulfilment. It does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal that applies after delivery.

9. Production and delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • fulfilment location;

  • product availability;

  • seasonal demand;

  • customs procedures;

  • carrier delays;

  • adverse weather;

  • public holidays;

  • industrial action;

  • incorrect delivery information; or

  • events outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods ordered by consumers will be delivered without undue delay and no later than the period required under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may be charged to you where permitted by law.

The risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Further information is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Split shipments

Products within one order may be produced at different facilities or have different production times. An order may therefore arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

Where split fulfilment is necessary, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

You will not be charged additional delivery costs solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments, unless clearly agreed with you in advance.

11. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Where Polish or European Union consumer law applies, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

For an order containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins when the final item is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but its use is not mandatory.

Withdrawal notices should be sent to:

Email: support@houseofrebelofficial.com

Postal address: [WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS ADDRESS]

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

Unless we agree to cover them, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory cooling-off right. You must contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Do not automatically send products to an address printed on the original parcel. Return facilities may differ depending on where the product was manufactured.

12. Refunds following withdrawal

Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will refund:

  • the price paid for the returned goods; and

  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

You may handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a physical store.

13. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • non-prefabricated goods made according to specifications supplied by you;

  • products clearly personalised for you;

  • products incorporating text, names, photographs, artwork or other material submitted or selected by you specifically for that order;

  • sealed goods that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been opened; or

  • other products excluded under applicable law.

An item is not treated as personalised solely because it is printed or manufactured after an order is placed. Standard House Of Rebel products displaying our regular designs will not normally fall within the personalised-product exception unless the customer has requested an individual modification.

The withdrawal exception does not remove your rights where a personalised product is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

14. Incorrect, damaged or defective products

You should inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing or printing defect, is materially different from its description or is not the product ordered, contact us at support@houseofrebelofficial.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • clear photographs showing the product and problem;

  • photographs of the packaging where relevant; and

  • any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim.

To help us pursue the matter efficiently with our fulfilment provider, please report visible manufacturing, printing, delivery or damage issues as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery.

The requested 30-day reporting period helps us process claims with our fulfilment provider. It does not reduce or replace any longer statutory rights available to consumers.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, reimbursement or termination of the contract.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, consumers will not be required to bear costs that applicable law places on the seller.

15. Lost or undelivered packages

Contact us if tracking indicates that a package is lost or if it has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

Claims for packages believed to be lost should preferably be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier and fulfilment provider.

We may ask you to:

  • confirm the delivery address;

  • check with household members or neighbours;

  • contact the local delivery carrier;

  • check any designated safe place or collection point; or

  • provide additional information needed for the carrier investigation.

Where a package is lost before delivery and the loss is not attributable to you, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law.

16. Unclaimed and returned shipments

A shipment may be returned because:

  • the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete;

  • the recipient refused delivery;

  • the package was not collected;

  • delivery attempts were unsuccessful; or

  • customs requirements were not completed.

We will contact you where reasonably possible after being informed that a shipment has been returned.

Where a shipment is returned because of information supplied by you or because it was not collected, you may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs, provided this is permitted by applicable law.

Returned products may be stored only for a limited period by the fulfilment provider. If you do not respond within the period communicated to you, the product may be donated, recycled or otherwise disposed of. This will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct product or size exchanges.

Where you have ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may need to exercise any applicable withdrawal right, return the original product and place a new order.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately under the complaints and conformity provisions of these Terms.

Any voluntary exchange offered by us is provided in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.

18. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes and discounts:

  • must be used before their stated expiry date;

  • may be limited to particular products, countries or customers;

  • may not be combined unless expressly permitted;

  • have no cash value;

  • may not be resold or transferred where described as personal; and

  • may be withdrawn or corrected where issued or advertised in error.

A promotion does not apply retrospectively to an order already completed unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Where legally required, information about the lowest price applicable before an announced price reduction will be displayed with the promotion.

19. Website availability

We aim to keep the Website available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security, operational or technical reasons.

We may change, remove or update Website content and functionality at any time. These changes will not affect an existing sales contract unless permitted by applicable law or agreed with you.

20. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or associated systems;

  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;

  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data without permission;

  • interfere with the Website’s security or operation;

  • impersonate another person or provide false information;

  • use automated systems to place fraudulent orders;

  • copy or exploit Website content in violation of intellectual-property rights; or

  • use House Of Rebel content, trademarks or imagery to suggest an unauthorised association or endorsement.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

21. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to House Of Rebel.

Protected content includes, without limitation:

  • the House Of Rebel name and logos;

  • photographs;

  • films and video footage;

  • written articles and travel stories;

  • product graphics and merchandise designs;

  • illustrations;

  • maps and route graphics;

  • Website layouts and original visual elements; and

  • other original creative material.

You may view the Website and share links to publicly available pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, licence, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, trademark or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

22. User submissions, reviews and messages

Where the Website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other material, you confirm that:

  • you own the material or have permission to submit it;

  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;

  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or misleading; and

  • it does not contain malicious code or unauthorised advertising.

You retain ownership of your original material.

By submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Website and our business.

We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not required to publish every submission.

23. Third-party services and links

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including:

  • Squarespace or another website and e-commerce platform;

  • Printful and other production or fulfilment providers;

  • payment processors;

  • delivery companies;

  • analytics and cookie providers;

  • email and marketing services;

  • YouTube and other video platforms; and

  • social-media websites.

Third-party websites and services are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services that are outside our control. This does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us in relation to your order.

24. Privacy and personal information

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.

To fulfil an order, relevant personal information may be shared with production providers, fulfilment facilities, payment processors and delivery companies.

Please review our Privacy & Cookie Policy for information about:

  • the personal data we collect;

  • the purposes and legal bases for processing;

  • the service providers we use;

  • international data transfers;

  • data-retention periods; and

  • your rights under applicable data-protection law.

25. Disclaimer regarding editorial content

Travel, motorcycle and destination information on the Website may become outdated or may not apply to your particular circumstances.

Conditions involving borders, visas, roads, weather, security, laws, health risks, transport and accommodation can change without notice.

You remain responsible for conducting your own research, obtaining current official information and making appropriate safety decisions before travelling or undertaking any activity described on the Website.

Nothing on the Website guarantees that another person will have the same experience or outcome.

26. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • wilful misconduct or gross negligence where liability cannot be excluded;

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • mandatory product-liability rules; or

  • statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or restricted.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting solely from:

  • inaccurate information provided by you;

  • misuse or improper care of a product;

  • unauthorised alteration of a product;

  • failure to follow product-care instructions;

  • use of the Website in violation of these Terms; or

  • events outside our reasonable control.

For customers acting wholly or mainly for business purposes, our total liability arising from a particular order will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that order.

The preceding limitation does not apply to consumers where it would conflict with mandatory consumer law.

27. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, border closures, customs disruption, carrier failures, industrial action, power outages, telecommunications failures or major supply-chain disruptions.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and minimise the delay.

Your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

28. Complaints

Complaints concerning products, orders or the operation of the online store may be submitted to:

Email: support@houseofrebelofficial.com

Postal address: [COMPLAINT ADDRESS]

Please include sufficient information to identify the order and understand the complaint.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. For Polish consumer complaints concerning non-conforming goods, this will normally be no later than 14 days after the complaint is received.

Consumers may also have access to out-of-court complaint and dispute-resolution procedures through competent consumer authorities.

29. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Website are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which a consumer habitually resides.

Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings before a court competent under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect:

  • changes to the Website or products;

  • changes to our service providers;

  • operational or security requirements; or

  • changes in applicable law.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.

32. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning use of the Website and purchases made through it.

The incorporated documents include:

Where these documents conflict, mandatory law will take priority. Otherwise, product-specific terms disclosed during checkout will apply to the relevant order.
